1. DMCA Takedown Notice Procedure
If you believe that content available on or through Outernet infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our Designated Agent containing the following information:

3. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its previous location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address.
4. Repeat Infringers
Outernet Explorer Inc. will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
